The Sheet Metal Workers Local 15 Apprenticeship Program provides a combination of on-the-job training and classroom education. Apprentices earn wages while working for signatory contractors and attend scheduled classes at our training facility as part of their apprenticeship requirements.
Throughout the program, apprentices gain valuable work experience, develop their skills, and receive progressive wage increases as they advance toward becoming qualified journeypersons
Our instructors bring years of industry experience, technical knowledge, and a dedication to developing the next generation of skilled sheet metal workers. Through classroom instruction and hands-on training, they teach industry best practices in accordance with SMACNA standards, emphasizing quality craftsmanship, safety, and professionalism to prepare apprentices for successful careers in the sheet metal industry.
